Here are some answers to FAQs I’ve had:
What should I bring?
- Most importantly YOU and your open mind and heart
- Blanket and maybe a cushion – we’ll be wanting to be nice and cozy during the Yoga Nidra
- Yoga Mat – if you have a yoga mat bring that with you and if you’d prefer to use your own props (bricks/blocks etc) please do but I have all of that ready for you
Oh my, What should I wear?
- PJs are good (basically anything that you feel comfortable in and can move in without popping out!!
- Layers will be good – The heating will be on at the venue but at this time of year, we want to be toasty warm
- Socks – don’t forget your socks
mmmmm, What about Food/ Drink?
-Keep hydrated/ bring water (although we have a kitchen so plenty available at the venue)
-Try not to eat a large meal within the 2 hours prior to the session
What about my ……….?
